Diffuser Care & Tips
- Upon opening the packaging, simply unscrew the aluminium lid from the bottle + insert one set of 10 reeds. You can add fewer reeds if you require a more subtle scent throw. Allow 24-48 hours for the reeds to fully absorb the fragrance. You can reverse the reeds after a couple of hours to speed up the process.
- We recommend reversing the reeds ever so often to increase the fragrance throw. For a fuller fragrance, reverse the reeds more frequently e.g every 2 days.
- Reversing the reeds also stops the sticks from drying out so that the scent of the oil can continue spreading. Just bear in mind that the more often you reverse the reeds, the sooner the oil will be used.
- Please take care when placing on wooden surfaces as the oils can leave marks. After adding or replacing the reeds, check for spillage and wipe clean the bottom of the bottle before placing on any surfaces. Avoid direct sunlight and wash hands after handling the reeds.
- Fan the reed sticks out instead of leaning them all to one side of the rim so that they can work more effectively.
- We recommend you place your diffuser where it’s walked past daily, such as an entrance, hallway or landing as diffusers are best noticed when entering a room or passing by.
- We also recommend giving the bottle a gentle swirl every week or so, as this helps to blend the ingredients and strengthen the fragrance.
- As the reeds will eventually become too saturated and stop dispersing the fragrance efficiently, we supply an additional set of 10 reeds. You should replace the reeds with the additional set when the diffuser has been 50% used (150ml).
- Please note that bamboo reeds are natural so there may be minor imperfections such as a slight fraying or the reed not being 100% straight.
Our Oils
Our carrier oil is eco-friendly with a low carbon footprint, renewable and high quality. It’s non toxic and contains no petro-chemicals. Our fragrance oils do not contain animal derived ingredients and are not tested on animals. These fragrance oils are of high quality, paraben free and manufactured in the UK.
Warning
Do not place on polished, plastic or leather surfaces, or onto electric equipment as accidental spillage could cause damage or stain surfaces. Be careful when handling used reeds, gloves are recommended. Keep out of reach from children and pets. Flammable liquid, do not light reeds. People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using a reed diffuser.
Delivery
After you receive an email confirmation of your order, dispatch usually happens within 1 working day. All UK packages are sent via Hermes or Royal Mail.
Due to the pace of which we process orders, we can’t always accept amends or cancellations. Please email [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If it’s too late, you can always return your order to us once you receive it. Please also double check your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to amend anything once the order has been shipped.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to us within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. This does not affect your usual consumer rights. We will issue refunds on receipt, excluding the original & return delivery charges. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed. Goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. If there is a fault with your item please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected] to resolve any issues.
To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase including your order number, a list of the items which you wish to return and the reason why. Instructions for the return will be provided within 1 working day.
